Frendly and Proffessional I needed a bigger vehicle for me and my boys and due to the fact I had purchased my last vehicle at Perkins I decided to go back. I was greeted and me I needed a bigger vehicle for me and my boys and due to the fact I had purchased my last vehicle at Perkins I decided to go back. I was greeted and met Aaron Jarvis and from moment one he was friendly, courteous and professional. I explained to him what I was looking for and needed and he immediately went to work for me. I had my two young sons with me and he took care of them just as well as he did me. I truly did not feel like I was just a number, a sale or a customer. I felt as though I was a friend and I was in a very friendly environment. Aaron's professionalism and knowledge are unmatched and again I could tell he genuinely cared about me, my boys and what we needed and wanted. I ended up buying a gorgeous 2016 Ram 1500 and when I drove off the lot I felt satisfied and very happy with the entire experience. Before I left Aaron ensured that the truck was washed and cleaned as well as topped off with gas. He sat with me and ensured that I understood all that the truck did and what all the features did. He snapped a couple pics of me and my boys in front of the truck and promptly sent them to me. I now have the pic on my phone and I look at it as a truly happy moment for me and my boys. With all that me and my boys had recently been through to come across Aaron and be treated the way we were it was a true blessing and I will always be grateful for that. I truly can't say enough good things about Aaron. He is the epitome of professional and he genuinely cares about his customers. You do not feel like a sale, a number or a customer but a friend. Since the sale Aaron has checked on me and my boys multiple times. I have received two cards in the mail from him. These were caring and genuine and did not seem like a reach out to try and get more customers or was just a check the block type gesture. I would and will definitely recommend Perkins to anybody in the market for a new vehicle for themselves and/or their family and when they go there to definitely see Aaron. I know he will take care of them and do all he can to take care of them and satisfy all wants and needs in a new vehicle. Mike Ryan showed only the vehicle I was interested in. Didn't try to sell me more than I was willing to spend. They appraised my truck, which I felt was fair.(Not according to the other dealer). I had a price in my head, and they seriously hit it on the head! No bull. They let me drive the vehicle to show my wife, not like the other dealer who rode shotgun for a round trip of 5 miles. Came in the next day and they processed the paperwork, wrote the check and was on my way around 1 1/2 hour. No back and forth, would have walked if Mike would have said" let me check with the owner". Nice, courteous and no bull. That's a deal when I walk away happy for being treated with a little respect. Got a 2016 Dodge Ram 1500 and I love it. Thanks "Other" dealer, the ones that take horses for trades, for not selling me that 2015 used Sierra! Which the asking price was higher than the brand new Dodge was! More

Started with Nicole R. who took my inquiry and kindly introduced me to Mike R., a southern gentlemen with a kind disposition and an obvious wealth of experience. When I expressed some concerns about the mustang I was test driving, he tapped their in-house Mustang enthusiast for his insight and was able to set me at ease, which is great because "gear-head" is not used to describe me often. Every question was answered without a hint of frustration or aggravation. No pressure or fake personalities, just genuine people generating an atmosphere of "we are here for you". Ran into a couple snags that threatened possession of the new car I was salivating over at this point and that is when the Perkins team really kicked in! Bill W. and Chad B., the sales manager, worked with my salesman Mike to make this deal happen! ABOVE AND BEYOND AND EVEN THE GRANDEST OF EXPECTATIONS! I am now the proud owner of a beautiful mustang!
