Excellent Customer Service This is my third time purchasing a vehicle from Perkins Dodge. Two were brand new and one was a used vehicle. The first new vehicle was a 2010 Dodge This is my third time purchasing a vehicle from Perkins Dodge. Two were brand new and one was a used vehicle. The first new vehicle was a 2010 Dodge Ram 1500 Quad Cab purchased on October 2010, and my salesman was Steve Faidley. The second new vehicle was a 2016 Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie Crew Cab, also purchased through Steve Faidley. I contacted Steve after I had a terrible experience with the Sales Manager at Colorado Springs Dodge. That sales manager was arrogant, rude and talked down to me, and was not even willing to come down in price off the MSRP for a 2016 Dodge Ram 1500 Sport Crew Cab. After it was determined we were getting no where, I decided to walk away and that is when I contacted Steve. Steve is a very kind, considerate, pleasant, knowledgeable and professional person to work with. There was no high pressure sales tactics or extensive negotiations going back and forth in order to reach a deal. Rather we discussed pricing and my trade-in (the 2010 Dodge Ram 1500) and after what seemed like only a few minutes, we came to an agreement on the sale of the new Ram. I would absolutely and highly recommend Steve and Perkins Dodge in the future! More

Tawaiian brought the jeep Cherokee out to us to look at and drive. We choose our New Jeep. We where pre approved with finance with ENT , Bill in finance got us a better rate, still through ENT and better payment. The whole experience was stress free. It was amazing experience. This was the first time that we purchased a vehicle from Perkins and WOW what a fantastic staff. We where given a tour of the dealership and where to go when we come in for service. Our New Jeep Cherokee was cleaned up and gassed up, Bonita did a great job at getting it ready. Tawaiian went through things on the car before we left the dealership. Thank You very much for the experience that normally is stressful to making it fun to buy a new Vechical !!
