The reason I am not rating the experience as excellent is for 2 reasons. The first being the amount of time it took to process the paperwork. We came in with a line of credit letter and check in hand. From the time we sat down to the time we finally left it was 2.5 hours. I feel like this was excessive considering we were already pre-approved. The second reason involves the vehicle. When test driving the car, I noticed that the low tire pressure light was on. I addressed this with Mike and asked that he have the tires filled before we left. This was not done. Considering we had a 2.5 hour drive back home it was pretty important to be sure that the vehicle was ready to go. I was disappointed that the very first stop we had to make was at a gas station to air up the tires and put gas(another point of discontent). We left feeling very satisfied with our purchase, but kind of disappointed about the tires and length of time we were there. More
