2013 Chevy Cruze Purchase After searching several dealerships at Motor City, we returned to Perkins Motor Company. Our Salesperson was Brandon Boyd. He was great to work with-v After searching several dealerships at Motor City, we returned to Perkins Motor Company. Our Salesperson was Brandon Boyd. He was great to work with-very friendly, never pressured us. Overall purchase went fairly quickly and we are very pleased with our vehicle. Perkins offered us the best price for the most vehicle. Other local dealers even told us they couldn't match Perkins' offer. Only one complaint. We brought our car back 2 days after the purchase to get cleaned and have a small minor outer part repaired/replaced. We were told it would probably not be completed till the following today (today). A little frustrated that we didn't at least receive a phone call yesterday to give us an update on whether or not the part could be fixed or have to be replaced. Called dealership this morning, and still have no answer-no one seemed to know exactly which department had our car. Finally, got someone from service to track it down-said it was at body shop, and manager was on the phone but we would get a call back shortly.---an hour later and still waiting. Not the customer service I expected. More
