However, when we came back to have the car detailed and the nav system installed, the service guys were not on the ball--they seemed disorganized and did not provide any handover info like service departments usually do (i.e. "this is what we did" or "this is what we found/recommend"). Jim Sharkey was our salesman and he was very professional, honest and helpful. We told him exactly what we wanted, he found it and we made our deal quickly. There was no hassling and no trying to push us into a vehicle or extras that we didn't want. Our only complaint with the whole experience was the finance department. We had to wait over two hours for someone to help us. Once we got back, that was a great experience as well. We just feel that maybe the dealership should consider bringing in extra staff when it is busy like that. Overall, great experience at Perkins! We definitely recommend! Only gave 4 stars, nobody is perfect there is always room for improvement. More
