He seemed very aloof and distracted during the process, he did not even introduce himself to me when he came to the Sales desk to get me for the paperwork. Minimal small-talk before diving into the signing process. Not the best situation. The Finance transaction in the other 2 sales this year were very pleasant, however. Dream Truck I found the truck of my dreams during my first visit to PMC. Dennis was up front and honest throughout the entire process and we would definitely buy from/refer him in the future. We were a little confused by the final cost when we got to the finance department. Their numbers didn't really match what we thought we had settled on the night before but they were able to give us a lower interest rate than our bank so all in all it was a good experience and we walked away with a great truck. Used car buy My only real issues were when i bought my used car it was stressed to me that it went thru a big inspection and lots of things were done to it before My only real issues were when i bought my used car it was stressed to me that it went thru a big inspection and lots of things were done to it before it was sold to me but the battery and alt. Went bad on the first day i had it? They are going to refund the costs.for the parts i had to replace so that is good. But my time? Luckly i have worked on cars in the past so had the tools and ability to replace.and test the parts. The other issue is small but ridiculous. they say they replaced the air filter along with other services. My car has two air cleaners. I went to service department and they were going to charge me for the second filter. In the check list that shows they replace the filter before the sale doesnt say "limit one". If your going to replace an engine air filter and the vehice has two, they should both be changed. But not according to this service department. The salesman was very nice and helpful along with everyone else we delt with when buying but i have no confidents in the service department. I have a free oil change coming but will do it myself as i surely dont trust them. More
