Unlike with other dealerships I've dealt with, at no time did I feel like they were just shuffling me through to make a quota. Nor did they push a vehicle on me that I didn't want or didn't meet my requirements. In the end, I ended up ordering my vehicle. When it arrived, the process to close was quick and painless and, when it came time to review the "add-ons" during financing, there were no pressure sales tactics. No meant no. They said ok, and we moved on quickly. The price we had agreed upon was the price out the door. Very good care buying experience! More

I came into the dealership on a whim, as I'd been looking for a used Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon that was already modified. A few of the other dealerships had a few that fit the bill, but I didn't get a good vibe about the dealership, the salesperson, or even the Jeeps themselves b/c so many questions went unanswered. When I met Chris, I was able to tell him what I was looking for and he spent a considerable amount of time going through the options list and aftermarket upgrades with me to ensure that I was getting what I wanted. I'm in sales myself and we all know the stereotype of 'car sales people', but every single person that I interacted with at Perkins showed exactly why stereotypes are unfair. I will recommend the dealership and Chris specifically to anyone who will listen! More

"Incomplete" After giving them a full week to get the car ready for delivery,they called and said the car was ready. We then drove over an hour to the dealership. After driving half way home we realized we didn't have any temporary licence plate, while looking for the plate we found an extra tire with no wheel in the cargo area, which made us wonder if we had a spare tire? We did so we continued on are way home. When we got home we called and they immediately drove to our home with the temporary plate and removed the extra tire. James our salesman personally delivered the temporary plate to us that night, and took the tire for us. A few days later we discovered we were missing the driver's floor mat, I then called James Day and he got us the correct floor mat. After all I must commend all involved for resoling our concerns. I would also like t commend Don Dolata in finance for being clear and precise in the transaction. More
