We told him the car we were interested in, he went right to the lot to find it and took us for a test drive. It was very clean and exactly as listed on the internet. Every person working that day offered us assistance or at the very least a friendly hello. The sales transaction was fun, not pushy and the whole experience was quite pleasant. We drove the car home 3 hours after walking in the door, with a full tank of gas and a big smile on my face!! More

I want to do business with a company that values the local community and desire to give back to those who are less fortunate. Tom Perkins used to be on the board for Springs Rescue Mission, and that was an important factor in my decision to shop with Perkins Motor Company. My experience started online with Nicole Casper who quickly responded to my interest in a 2013 Hyundai Elantra with a couple of informative emails and a phone call to see if I had any questions and if I was interested in scheduling a test drive. When we arrived at the dealership, Jorge greeted us in the parking lot, asked us what car we were looking for, and pulled the vehicle up for a test drive after talking with Nicole. Jorge's energy, outgoing personality, and customer service skills were greatly appreciated and made the buying experience pressure-free and simple. As we waited for some of the paperwork to be completed, Jorge shared many anecdotes and stories from his past sales experiences. From his demeanor and the stories he shared, it was clear to my wife and I that Jorge was there to help us make a good decision. The only unpleasureable portion of the buying experience was when we closed the deal with the finance manager (whose name escapes me). He was uninviting, he just threw paper after paper at us to sign without much explanation, and we felt like we were signing court papers after committing a crime. I told my wife that when he extended his hand to both of us after we were finished signing the papers it didn't come across as "pleasure doing business with you," but as "I own your soul now." I understand that the man is in an important position in the company and that he is proud of it, but to the customer, he is just another representative of the company and there is no room to look down his nose at us. Despite his disappointing demeanor towards us, thankfully, it was not enough to detract from Jorge's outstanding customer service and our view of the dealership as a whole. I would highly recommend Perkins Motor Company for your next car purchase. They have outstanding salespeople (ask for Jorge), the company is devoted to giving back to the community and helping the less fortunate, and their prices are comparable and competitive. And when you go in to close the deal with the finance manager, reassure him that you'll take good care of the car, pay the payments on time, and ask him to smile just a bit for your sake. More

New Durango Purchase Jorge was very friendly as soon as we met him. He listened to what we wanted and helped find it right away. Kat answered all my questions on the phone, and got the vehicle around for me prior to arrival.. David Carr did a great job showing me the vehicle and putting the deal together. He was knowledgable about all the vehicle controls and features, which was impressive given that I had just walked in and he had no time to prepare. He was also helpful with accomodating my special requests for window tint and repair of a minor existing scratch.. Don Dolata did a great job expediting the financials, despite there being blocks on my credit data.. An excellent experience overall. More
