What a wonderful car buying experience! After used Jeep shopping for two full days, and having a horrid experience at Pikes Peak Acura, my husband and I ended up at Perkins Motor Company whe After used Jeep shopping for two full days, and having a horrid experience at Pikes Peak Acura, my husband and I ended up at Perkins Motor Company where we met salesman Jeff Cobb. Jeff, along with everyone else at Perkins, was awesome! He made our car buying experience a real pleasure. It was especially wonderful coming on the heels of our horrible treatment at Pikes Pike Acura. The people at Perkins don't keep you there, for hours, playing stupid games with you. We test drove one Jeep and said we wanted it. Jeff gave us a price and we gave him a counter offer. Jeff took our counter offer back to the General Manager one time and came back with a very fair price; it wasn't as low as the one we'd offered but it was a price we were happy to shake on. We live out of state but have family here. We have already recommended Perkins Motor Company to our family. I wouldn't hesitate to buy a vehicle from them again. More

This really made the experience even that much more impressive for me than any other vehicle purchase that I have ever had before. Great car buying experience I bought a used vehicle form Perkins yesterday evening. This is the 4th or 5th car we have purchased from Perkins. Ken was an excellent sales person I bought a used vehicle form Perkins yesterday evening. This is the 4th or 5th car we have purchased from Perkins. Ken was an excellent sales person and was very knowledgeable and very friendly. he took the time to go over the vehicle features with us and made the paper work as seamless as possible. Bill in financing did a bang up job as well. We have worked with Ken and Bill in the past and we did not consider going anywhere else for our Jeep purchase. Perkins Motors is a great place to do business. We will be back. Very satisfied customers More

Overall experience with purchase and repair of 07 ram 2500 Initially I called and spoke with "Robert Perkins" on a warranty repair for a throwout bearing, he stated several times that the repair was covered un Initially I called and spoke with "Robert Perkins" on a warranty repair for a throwout bearing, he stated several times that the repair was covered under my warranty. Get the truck up there and they get it tore apart and he says it is not covered under warranty, and the repair is going to cost $2,000 at the very max. He calls back again in 2 days and says the repair is now at $3,200 because of other parts being bad supposedly. He then calls for a 3rd time the day after and says the total is $3,700. So i go to get the truck and the staff wasn't very friendly at all, and I was told that "Robert Perkins" hadn't been at the dealership for 2 weeks so apparently I was speaking with a ghost. Overall the experience with this dealership has been awful. Their "inspections" aren't worth two cents because the truck broke down the same night i bought it about an hour off the lot. They haven't treated me, as a customer returning my business, with any respect since I left the lot with this truck. I would advise anyone and everyone looking for vehicles or repairs to steer clear of this dealership. They are liars. More

Wow My intial interaction with Perkins Service department was good, they were courteous and quick and did a good job getting me in and out. However my las My intial interaction with Perkins Service department was good, they were courteous and quick and did a good job getting me in and out. However my last three times haven't been as good. My 2012 Grand Cherokee had a slow leak in one of the tires, and by slow it lost 20 psi when sitting for a month, and also would drop 10 psi overnight whenever the weather would get cold. The first visit to address the problem they checked the wrong tire, second visit for an oil change, recall work and for the same problem they "checked" and found no leaks, I decided to change two tires, one of which was the one with the leak. I request they change the back two tires and rotate them up front and put the front ones in the back.In the middle of my +4 hour wait, I was informed that one of my wheels was bent. They completed the work and showed me the service report which showed the bent wheel being on the left front, I asked if that's where it was orginally but the technician had left for lunch so the service rep (Kristi Allen, who was the only bright point in my whole experience, she was quick and always managed to relay info when it was needed) said she would email me when the tech came back. She did so promptly when she found the answer, which according to the tech was that it was taken off from the left front position and put back on the left front position...yet somehow it had a new tire on it which I find interesting since how can you rotate the tire and wheel from the back to the front when it supposedly never left the front. Called back the next day and magically now tech said the wheel moved from the left rear to the left front. Will not be returning to the Service center nor will I recommend this location to anyone else. More
