I met Ernie 2 years ago when I purchased m I would like to once again say my experience with Perkins Jeep and the salesman Ernie Lucero was fabulous. I met Ernie 2 years ago when I purchased my 2012 Jeep Liberty and knew I wanted him to be my salesman again and I was not dissapointed Ernie is a wonderful and caring salesman and went out of his way to find just the Jeep Wrangler I wanted and he is very easy to deal with and takes his time and listens to your needs and then goes out of his way to get you the best deal. He can be trusted and I felt that I was given a great deal and Ernie took the time to go over the new Jeep with kid gloves and had transferred all my items from the old Jeep to the new one while I was signing the papers and was ready to go. All the people at Perkins including the service department folks are terrific and I will ALWAYS return to Perkins and look forward to working with Ernie again on any future purchases. He is a real person, very honest, friendly, sincere, hard working, and understanding. I've only liked two car salesmen in all my life since the 1960's. Jorge is superior, I'm not surprised he was top salesman, he will make it work, and follows up even AFTER you buy the car!!! I originally gave him 5 stars in everything but pricing, and gave a 4 on that. However, since he had no control on my trade in price, AND he insisted I get another $150 returned to me because I just had my older trade in car serviced and filled up with premium gas, he recovered that cost for me. He also did his very best to reduce the car price twice, AND repair the hail damages from last weeks storm, AND he kept in touch by email, cell texting, and phone calls. It just doesnt get anything better than that. So, now he is all 5 stars. rtm More
