The reason I rated my experience the way I did was because it deserved those ratings. This was the first time I was doing a trade-in I wanted an All wheel drive and more cargo...My first car was also because it deserved those ratings. When my friends and I came in we weren't bum rushed by a bunch of sales people. This man comes up, tells us hello and asked who we were looking for? We let him know we were looking for Mike Ryan and he lets us know he was Mike Ryan and ask us what he could help us with? I tell him I was wanting to trade in my car and he asked me what I was looking for me being the non car person I told him I'm looking for something reliable, cargo space, not a gas guzzler, all wheel drive or 4-wheel drive. My friend pointed me towards a Jeep Compass which I fell in love with compact, good on gas, good in snow and cargo space. Which I took for a road test and I was hooked. We then went in to talk payments and he kept making sure we didn't need anything. So to make a long story short I did not feel as if I was being pushed into anything. and I felt good with my purchase. More

When I arrived in person, Laura explained that she laid the groundwork online and then introduced me to my salesman, Simon. with Monica and Laura. He took me on a long test drive so that I would really get a feel for the vehicle before getting down to business. Because of the way he treated my wife and I, I cancelled a few other appointments wi with. He went above and beyond to please us on our new purchase.
