I had a great experience reaching out to Perkins online with Monica and Laura. When I arrived in person, Laura explained that she laid the groundwork online and then introduced me to my salesman, Simon. with Monica and Laura. He took me on a long test drive so that I would really get a feel for the vehicle before getting down to business. The dealership showroom and offices were comfortable and relaxing; a decent place to "hurry up and wait". :) Overall, everybody was more than friendly, welcoming, and worked extremely hard to make sure I left with the vehicle I wanted and the deal I needed. Because of the way he treated my wife and I, I cancelled a few other appointments wi with. He went above and beyond to please us on our new purchase. For starters, this company already had my approval prior to buying a car. One of my friends had bought a 200 Chrysler from Perkins, and it looks really good. Simon Allen made an amazing first impression as soon as he started talking to the friend I had with me about cars. He is very knowledgable in the aspect of how cars work, and what people can expect out of each car he gives them to look at. I went in expecting to be courteously dealt with, but I didn't expect how on top of things and understanding of people's wants verses their needs Simon was. If I had to sum up the experience I had at the Perkins dealership of Colorado Springs, I would have to be simple and say Simon, because he put's an exclamation point on what it means to be a car salesman (even if my dad was one for a good 20 years of his life and gave me a run down of what to expect).
