We are more than happy to say that neither Rick nor the staff at Perkins tried any of them!. This was probably one of my best car-buying experiences: no push, no hard-sell, no whinney "your taking dinner out my baby's mouth" type tactics. As far as price of the vehicle is concerned --Better-- than reasonable. My wife and I shopped around for a 2012 Town & Country for several weeks looking for the features, color and price-point we wanted. We didn't find what we wanted (anywhere) color-wise, but Perkins did have the best price hands down. In fact, in the end, they were better than Edmunds or Car-Guru's estimated price for an equivalently equipped car. About the only 'down-side' to the experience was that they were so backed up on Saturday that it took waay to long to get through the closing paperwork task, but other than that it was a great experience. We would happily recommend Rick Romero to anyone in Colorado interested in a Chrysler product or whatever is on their used vehicle lot. Great job Rick, Thanks! More

Initial contact was with Laura. She was very helpful. Answered all of my questions very professionally and actually went out and looked at the vehicle to get some additional information that I needed. Ben was the first person I saw when I visited the dealership on Monday morning. He looked and acted very professional. Showed me the vehicle and answered all of my additional questions. Offered a test drive right away, but I declined. I have owned several Jeep Grand Cherokees and am familiar with the vehicles quality. He inspected my 2002 Jeep in detail and asked the Sales Manager to make me an offer. I declined the trade-in offer and made a cash offer. We arrived at a fair deal on the vehicle. Now I have to get two Jeep Grand Cherokees home (Ruidoso, NM). Ben was very helpful getting me connected with U-haul. Sean was very thorough, informative and professional in completing the mountains of paper work that are required to transfer vehicle titles. Had a 2012 jeep towed to dealership for a clutch issue jeep has 9000 miles on it and is not a off road rig by any means, service dept decided the burnt out clutch was due to drag racing yeah that is wha jeep has 9000 miles on it and is not a off road rig by any means, service dept decided the burnt out clutch was due to drag racing yeah that is what I said and would not honor it under warranty I had a certified mechanic look at it and he determined that fluid from hydraulic clutch had caused the clutch to prematurely go out and lo and behold jeep still would not honor the warranty so in out a grand to fix it Ryan the service asst manager has a serious attitude problem, I would not recommend this dealership to any one there service sucks and they are lazy and do not honor the warranty issued by jeep. More
