We were pleasantly greeted by Rick Romero, explained what we were interested in and he quickly began searching. My husband had already done some research as to what was available at Perkins, so Rick was able to locate the vehicles quickly. We were originally "just looking", however, our experience was such a positive one that our "just looking" turned into a sale. :) At the end, Rick was very helpful in showing how different features worked in my new Jeep Compass prior to driving off of the lot. This was the most positive experience we have ever had when looking for a vehicle. The whole staff was helpful, cordial, and accommodating. It was nice not feeling like we were walking into a "pack of wolves". We will be recommending Perkins to all of our friends and will refer them to Rick. Service was good parts was good, sales person was a bit pushy on the truck trying get the truck sold as soon as possible not thinking the bank works only so fast. Was more concerned with dealer rater after the sale, called 3 to 4 times not sure exact number of times on the truck trying to get sold as fast as possible. Called the bank and they wouldn't pick up the phone on it from the dealer only me or my dad. Other than that the process was easy the staff was nice helpful and such just need get the truck finished with the extra stuff. More

Having worked in the auto industry (at the corporate level), we are very cautious car buyers as we're familiar with many of the 'sales strategies' often used at certain types of dealerships. We are more than happy to say that neither Rick nor the staff at Perkins tried any of them!. This was probably one of my best car-buying experiences: no push, no hard-sell, no whinney "your taking dinner out my baby's mouth" type tactics. As far as price of the vehicle is concerned --Better-- than reasonable. My wife and I shopped around for a 2012 Town & Country for several weeks looking for the features, color and price-point we wanted. We didn't find what we wanted (anywhere) color-wise, but Perkins did have the best price hands down. In fact, in the end, they were better than Edmunds or Car-Guru's estimated price for an equivalently equipped car. About the only 'down-side' to the experience was that they were so backed up on Saturday that it took waay to long to get through the closing paperwork task, but other than that it was a great experience. We would happily recommend Rick Romero to anyone in Colorado interested in a Chrysler product or whatever is on their used vehicle lot. Great job Rick, Thanks! More
