Me and my husband went to perkins motors looking to buy our first car. Simon was incredibly helpful, easy to talk to and did not make us feel pressured. I saw him coming towards us and thought, "oh no, here comes the sales guy" but once he introduced himself and started talkin make us feel pressured. He took us right to the vehicle we inquired about, not trying to convince us to upgrade or check out a newer model year (which I was expecting based on experience). He was very informative when we asked about vehicle X vs vehicle Y and took time to get to know us to make sure the vehicle was the best choice for us. He was totally honest with us about pricing (we were unable to get a price lower than sticker price and got less than hoped for a trade) yet he still was able to get us a number we could work with. The experience with both Simon (Sales) and Tony (Finance) were super friendly and helpful. I would recommend the dealership and these men to anyone looking for a new vehicle. More

I never felt pressured, but I know he worked hard to make the sale on terms that I would be happy with -- even after I got home and thought about it. He made sure the car was thoroughly checked by Perkins' service department before I left the dealership. Because the paperwork was taken care of before the inspection was done (the van had just come in that day), he provided me a car so that I could get lunch -- which I really appreciated since I am diabetic. Buying a car is not my favorite pasttime, but when I do need a new vehicle I will most definitely return to Rick and Perkins. More
I have to admit,,,, I loved my old Dodge Ram. We went through over 125000 miles together. Snow storms, pouring rain, muddy roads and God only knows how many runs up into to Rocky Mountains. Ill miss her. 2007 Dodge Ram Big Horn,,,,Electric Blue,,,,beautifull. But yesterday I had to make a hard decision. It was time to trade her in. Time to let her go. Out to pasture in the hopes that someone else will take her the rest of the way. She runs free and easy,, plenty of love left in that HEMI 5.7,,,,,,yes Sir. So if you see her on the lot at Perkins Motors in Colorado Springs Colorado,,,,give her a test run. But like I said it was time for this ols cowboy to get something new. I was a little worried about the whole thing but I got lucky. After some serious searching on the internet (with a little help from my lady) I decided to make the trade at Perkins. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with a smile and a firm handshake from a young man named Sean Betz. Sean took the time listen to my story and seemed to know right away what needed to be done. Sean walked me through the process like a Pro,,,,and got the hard tuff out of the way with ease. But the important thing is this. Sean took me out to the stable (parking garage) and introduced me to the most beautiful young pickup Id seen since 2007 when I got my last one. Sean showed me a Glossy black 2013 Dodge Ram quad cab,,Big Horn. OMG all the electronics and gadgets is incredible. I was instantly sold. And instantly in love with my new Ram. And so the story continues. Ill be writing again in about another,,,,o seven or eight years. In the mean time. I went into Perkins specifically for one of their used vehicles, and had the opportunity to work with Scott Matela. The entire team at Perkins was accommodating, friendly, and professional. I purchased this vehicle for my husband as a welcome home gift, and they helped me through the entire process. I received follow up phone calls during the purchase, as well as after I had left the dealership. Just a couple days after buying the truck, I had some concerns with noises coming from the brakes and before I could call them I was getting another follow up call from Scott! He quickly reassured me that Perkins would look into the matter, and they definitely did! I brought the truck in, without an appointment, and the same day received a call from the mechanic stating that they had found the issue with the brakes (they worked fine, but the original owner had put on the wrong brake pads), but not to worry, they had put on all new pads and turned the rotors at THEIR expense!! They handled every obstacle with a friendly and professional attitude, and made me feel like a valued customer. You can be sure that the next car buying trip will be to Scott and the rest of the wonderful staff at Perkins Motors. Thank you!! More
