When we arrived at Perkins, Don came up and introduced himself to us in the parking lot. After he got a feel for what we were looking for, he showed us 3 different color options that had the exact specs that we were looking for. He was very knowledgeable of the product and answered all of our questions during our test drive. Upon completing the test drive, the price negotiation was quick, painless, and straight forward. We then worked with Tony on the financing. He was very helpful and got us a great rate on our loan. Perkins should be proud to have employees like Don and Tony. All in all, this was the best car buying experience that I've had. I will definitely recommend Perkins to friends and will more than likely buy more cars from them in the future. More

While browsing, I came across a vehicle on the Perkins Motors site and called to make the inquiry. After speaking with Rick of my work situation he assured me that he would do all he could possibly do to help. He surely did. We stayed in touch often and even made arrangements for my family to not only view and drive the vehicle, but he catered to them and answered all their questions. I had finance questions that he expeditiously worked through and found a lender that was perfect for what we needed. The whole purchase experience was not that of fear and doubt, wondering if you are being taken for a bad ride. What are they not telling me? Rick allowed us to feel as though we were family. Scott was very helpful in showing the vehicle to us and explaining the process of buying the vehicle. He encouraged us to get all our questions answered and get the information we needed, so we would be comfortable with the purchase. He encouraged us and was interested without being overbearing. He keep in close touch and made himself available to answer questions. The whole process went quickly and smoothly. We enjoyed talking with him about his home town of Chicago and he was friendly and personable. The gentleman in finance was also very helpful and organized. My over all experience with Perkins was very good. The sale almost west south because Robert sent me a phone message me on Friday night at about 5:30pm that his manager just lowered the price of the car t sale almost west south because Robert sent me a phone message me on Friday night at about 5:30pm that his manager just lowered the price of the car that I was looking at the day before $ 1,000.00. I sent him a text message two hours after and said I wanted to move forward and I did not hear back until 6:30pm Saturday. I almost gave up on the deal. It was a small mistake on Robert's part but he is a very nice person and a good sales guy. I would always send my friends and family to him and Perkins. I DID NOT GET THE $ 150.00 DISCOUNT OFF THE PRICE OF THE CAR THAT WAS TOLD I WOULD GET FROM GOING THOUGH THE INTERNET BUT I JUST NOTICED THAT LAST NIGHT. I was not impressed with your & F & I manager. He had no personality and seemed very disinterested in the process. I don't even know his name or have a business card. I originally purchased my Dodge Ram at a dealership across town. Originally the vehicle was thought to have electrical problems. After extensive troubleshooting, it was determined that the wires had been gnawed on by some type of animal. Chris kept me informed throughout the process. Although the repair was not covered by my warranty, it was made within a reasonable timeframe and at minimal cost to me. I would not hesitate to take my Ram back to the Perkins Dealership for repairs. The service was excellent and all personnel I dealt with were courteous and knowledgeable, especially Chris. More
