I was there on May 10th and recieved not so great customer service. We found a vehicle we really liked, and had full intention of purchasing. My husband and I could tell our salesman was very uninter customer service. We found a vehicle we really liked, and had full intention of purchasing. When we left the lot we returned home, called USAA and got approved for the car loan. We called our salesman and made and offer and he told us that your company did not accept anything less than sticker price. He also said he would call us the next day. Needless to say, we did not receive a phone call. Very unprofessional, definitely below satisfactory and it will absolutely be costing your company a loyal customer as we will be taking out business to a company who values its customers. More

I worked over the internet with Chelsea Burk and she was great. Her and the internet manager worked out the price and options I was looking for over the phone. The problem I ran into was after a 6 hour drive to pick up the car the floor manager changed the price on me. Also the trade value quote I was given was disappointing and fairly misleading. The communication between the floor sales manager and the internet manager was terrible. Thankfully Chelsea emailed me great price breakdown for the car other wise I would have been stuck for paying a higher price than quoted. In the end they came with in $150 of the quoted price and we made the deal. I would like to say again Chelsea, Mike, and the internet manager were great. And for the car I bought it is a very nice rig. More

Once our decision making was complete we were handed over to finance (Tony) where he took his time to explain our choices pertaining to the purchase. From extended warranties to Gap coverage, every detail was approach methodically which I appreciated. I've always approach buying vehicles with a knot in my stomach, but come out of Perkins with a smile and laughter knowing it was a good day. Thank you all at Perkins...great job. More

Had no problem reaching agreement on discounted new vehicle price and market trade-in value. I ended up leasing a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland. The process went very smoothly; received the new vehicle only 28 days after placing a factory order. Jon Walter (Sales Manager) kept an eye on the progress of our order and called the shipping transfer company to speed delivery to Colorado Springs.
