During our buying experience, we were treated so well and felt important although we were definitely not the only customers in the showroom. Randy in Finance was very accomdating and friendly also. We had our kids with us the entire time and all of the staff was patient and friendly with them. Bottom line, this dealership is just the right about of personable and professional at the same time. I went into Perkins dodge very skeptical because I have had so many bad experiences with car dealerships in the past. My daughter who had bought a car 3 years prior suggested I give them a try after getti had so many bad experiences with car dealerships in the past. I had very specific ideas and prices ranges I was looking for. Frank who was also my daughters sales guy was such a great help, very patient with my demands and took my "no games just get me a car at a great deal" attitude seriously. The out come was quick and fairly painless the price was a slight bit more than I wanted but under the circumstances it turned out well. I love my car and would defiantly recommend Perkins Dodge in motor city. Be sure to ask for Frank Carlos he is experienced and will listen to your needs and wants,he will get you a great deal.
