The day before visiting Perkins we had spent almost 6 hours at Colorado Springs Dodge, finally leaving without making a purchase., so we were apprehensive about giving another dealership a try. I showed up at the dealership to just look around at minivans while waiting for my daughter to be done at preschool. When I walked in, Scott asked if I needed help and what I was looking for. I gave him some info and asked some questions and he suggested a Certified Pre-Owned minivan. He showed me options - no pressure. I had to talk to my husband, and we went back to test drive same date. Scott had the minivan warmed up and ready to go so we could test drive with our small children. He even canceled an appointment and stayed late for us to show up. Again, no pressure, he just let us take it for a drive. Then brought over another one for us to compare. We ended up buying the 2nd one. Today, he called to check on us and make sure we were happy and has offered to answer any questions. It was great not being pressured, but still being helped. More
