My overall experience at Perkins Motor Company was very pleasant. I was interested in one vehicle and prior to arriving at the dealership I was given great and expedient customer service via email and phon pleasant. When I arrived I was met with very friendly and knowledgeable associates. Frank Claros was my salesperson and he was extremely amiable, friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and patient. I believe I was given an excellent deal for my brand new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport S and I have enjoyed it and I am sure I will continue to enjoy it for years to come. I do plan to recommend Perkins Motor Company to friends and family if they are ever in the market for a Jeep, Chrysler, or Dodge. I completed my homework in the hopes I could cut my overly high monthly car payments. I did my research online and checked many dealerships. I noted a vehicle which matched my needs and desire. That vehicle, a 2013 Rock Lobster red Jeep Wrangler was also being sold at an internet price over $2200.00 less that the regular sale price. I brought in my vehicle for trade in and was quite surprised with the price I was offered. The whole process was started and completed in about two hours and I made signifigant savings on my monthly payments. I have desired a Jeep for some time adn am extremely pleased with the one I purchased and with the service and how I was handled. More
Starting with Gary Arnold who was quick to respond to my online inquiry about buying a specific used Jeep I saw on the Perkins website I was impressed. He put me in the very capable hands of Don Sack (my sa online inquiry about buying a specific used Jeep I saw on the Perkins website I was impressed. He put me in the very capable hands of Don Sack (my salesman) who gave me 100% of his attention and never resorted to a hard sell. I told him I knew exactly what I wanted and that if it wasn't possible then, that I would wait until I could get the exact Jeep I wanted. He assisted me in filling out the forms for financing and he hand walked my papers to the finance manager (Don also, but I can't recall his last name) who didn't give up until he found a perfect finance package for my budget and my needs. When I couldn't find the phone number for my own State Farm insurance agent, Don Sack asked if I would be interested in talking with his own personal agent about insurance, which I did, and lo and behold, I got an even better deal on my insurance. Don Sack and Don the finance guy both knew I was pressed for time, and from the time I walked in the show room to the time I walked out as the proud owner of the Jeep I wanted, was just a little over an hour or so. The Jeep was in great shape, but Don Sack made sure I was happy with every nuance. I have NEVER met a car dealer whom I felt so suddenly and totally impressed. I purchased the EVTS security system which needed to be installed, but I didn't have time that day, so Don set up an appointment for a few days later when I was free. Once again, I was impressed at the service guy, Brock Diehl who was as busy as a one armed wall paper hanger, but he acted like I was the only customer he had, and never rushed me, always smiled and personally escorted me to the waiting area since I declined his offer to give me a ride somewhere while the Jeep was being serviced. Finally, as I waited in the lobby/showeroom, a young salesman named Simon Allen spent his free time talking with me as though he had known me his whole life, and gave me some great ideas for my next car purchase. I was stunned at the depth of his knowlege about all makes and models of cars. Although I have never once met any of the people I dealth with at Perkins, they made me feel like I got the same attention they would give to their own father or uncle. More

Todd greeted us as we drove through the lot. He was very pleasant, not aggressive. Todd was very accommodating and knowledgeable. He allowed us to choose a car that appealed to us rather than recommend some pleasant, not aggressive. Todd was very accommodating and knowledgeable. He was very patient during the entire process as we asked to drive the car three different times and still wanted to take some time to consider our options by leaving the store for a while. He also arranged for the car to be brought in to the service dept and lifted for us to inspect the underside of the vehicle. It also provided us the opportunity to meet and visit with the service manager while doing the inspection. Once again, never pressuring us at any time. We are comfortable with car buying experience at Perkins and especially Todd. More

I had been looking for a lightly used Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon for over six months when I stumbled onto Perkins Motors and Don Sack... I was simply amazed at the price I saw on a NEW 2013 JKUR Unlimited Rubicon for over six months when I stumbled onto Perkins Motors and Don Sack... I was simply amazed at the price I saw on a NEW 2013 JKUR that was advertised online. I had to go see for myself if this was accurate. Well, it was the same advertised price as online, and I ended up buying the Jeep of my dreams in a matter of a couple hours time(minus the several hours Don let me take the Jeep for a "test drive" to see what my girlfriend thought) Great dealership overall as I found out while waiting for my Jeep to be detailed... Friendly people everywhere that appeared to like doing their jobs! Don Sack made this the easiest transaction in my life for such an amazing purchase. I want to thank him as well as the entire staff at Perkins Motor Company for letting me "Ring their bell" for purchasing a vehicle! More
I Internet searched for specific vehicles and Gary was very helpful about sending me more info on them and calling to see what else I might need. When we arrived at the dealership, Shawn greeted us right away but not with the "slimy car salesman" approach. He was informative, knew the vehicle, and wasn't pushy, which was just what was needed! He spent several hours with us test driving and weighing our options ans stayed dedicated to us. The only problem we had was with the "number cruncher" guy whose name we can't remember... We'll refer to him as "Richard" if you know what I mean. He was rude, and honestly if we hadn't already spent 6 hours with Shawn, this guy's attitude would have cost the sale. He made us feel like we should feel privileged to be buying at HIS dealership. From there, though, we asked not to deal with him and Shawn took care of it, and the deal went smoothly. The finance manager was awesome and very friendly and helpful too. I will buy there again, but will make sure I avoid the one guy who made a great experience a little sour. I'd send friends there too! And Shawn was awesome. We found out at the end that he'd only been there a week and we were his first new car sale. He was so professional but not pushy or trying to hard sell us that we would never have known he was new! Too cool. More
