Jorge was courteous and polite as you would expect someone in customer service to be. The price was no better or worse than could be expected from any other dealership. Great job!!! Worked very hard to get us out of a horrible situation we were placed in with another lot selling us a lemon. Frank went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of after we had a few bumps in the road with a check engine light coming on in our new vehicle. He made sure the vehicle was not to be returned to us until the issue was fully resolved. Provided a replacement vehicle at cost to us Perkins service department had isolated and fixed the issue. After vehicle was repaired Frank called a few days later just to make sure everything was working properly. He really did go above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our new baby!! I will be recommeding Frank to anyone looking for a new car. More

Frank is not the typical car saleman. That is perfect because I don't do well with the typical car salesman or purchase process. He has changed my view forever on this type of purchase. I intended to buy a used vehicle with the Journey being the only new option. He patiently helped with all of the different vehicles I was interested in and I finally ended up with the Journey which I fell in love with. I even called him with questions about the vehicle after the sale and he was extremely friendly even though I had reached him on his day off- sorry Don! I was impressed with the sales management team as well - Jon came to explain the process with my trade in personally so that there would be no questions about the deal. I feel confident in the trade allowance they gave and they made it easy to purchase a new vehicle - and get financed at a great rate!
