My husband and I had a wonderful experience with our sales associate Rick romero. He was attentive, fast, understanding and definitely an awesome representative for the company. He was not pushy and at no time acted like the usual "sharks" that patrol the sales lot. He did everything short of bending over backwards in order to help us out. I'm 8 months pregnant and handicapped, my husband is a soldier who just had back surgery 2 months ago. We came to the office this afternoon with our 9 year old twins and 2 year old toddler.. So our patience was already being tested. Rick made sure to go that extra mile in order to accommodate our needs. Even down to the very last minute when I realized the vehicle we signed for was not the vehicle we had actually wanted.. Contract signed, paid for and keys in hand, I threw a fit at this mistake that had been made. Rick reassured us and was able to somehow correct this. He had to stay later at work and redo everything... But he somehow pulled it off and was able to give us the vehicle we had actually wanted. He went out of his way to make sure we were taken cared of, even if out meant going into his own pocket to guarantee we had what we needed. For this, we are truely thankful and are more than satisfied with or new vehicle. Thank you perkins for hiring such a great employe, he is definitely an asset to your company.
