Reason for good on price it was marketed for $500 over price. Reason for good on work: seem to be in a hurry to get it off the lot "detail was not done" although was promised to be done at late price. Two things were left out of our phone discussion. Dealer additional profit charge and accurate description of the car over the phone. After some discussion with Mr. Arnold and my wife I chose a vehicle, sent information on our trade-in and received not only a sight unseen appraisal (they gave us the maximum KBB estimate) but a final price, at a great interest rate, from RAMON RIVERA. All within one day. We took it. Perkins is a four and one half hour drive from home, I made it in five. Road construction. I have to admit, I had some misgivings and expected that once I arrived they would not stand by their appraisal of our trade-in. We received exactly what they had said we would and the staff was friendly, courteous and efficient. RANDY LUCAS made signing the contract as painless as signing a contract can be. RAMON called me twice while I was en route to see if I needed any assistance or further directions and was waiting for me as I drove into the lot. He greeted me as I stepped from my car. Any questions I had regarding our new Jeep were answered and I was taken to the shop to speak with one of their mechanics. I also bought a set of seat covers.
