Scott was great from the start. I was actually there having my Jeep Wrangler serviced and was walking around the show room floor when Scott introduced himself. Rick Romero made our experience of getting a new (used) car AWESOME! He was VERY friendly and didn't rush us at all. Again he didn't rush us or try to push the sale. He made us feel welcomed! The only "issue" we experienced was the guy that did our finance, he seemed to be in a rush and made it seem awkward when we tried to read through the paperwork. The overall appearance of the car was in good shape, mileage adequate, and it drove nice. Since it is only 5yrs old we are hoping it will be dependable for her as we live in the springs and she will be far in Spokane, WA. Peace of mind is very important to us. As soon as we exited our vehicle a salesman was on us. My first thought was "oh great, another pushy salesman and we haven't even been out of the car 30 seconds." As it turns out our salesman, Keith Brooks, was fantastic. He was very helpful. He didn't have a high pressure sales tactic like many that I have encountered. He was very patient and willing to show us many vehicles. Keith was very helpful in finding just the right vehicle. He explain the differences in the models we looked at and stayed within the pricepoint we had asked for. They final deal they came up with was GREAT! I was very happy with my experience at Perkins Motors and with the salesman, Bill Ward. After talking to my brother, I felt that the car was a little overpriced because it was not certified. You had, however, already given me the sale price and deducted $800.00 Thank You! Also, some of the stains that the detailer said he could remove are still visible........I know it is NOT a new car.
