Bill's low pressure, friendly attitude took off all the pressure of making a car purchase. He was helpful, patience with us, listened to our needs, and was most responsive. We shopped extensively on the internet for our used car purchase. Bryan was very helpful in our search. He followed up by email and phone to be sure he was fully prepared for our visit and to ensure that we did not waste our drive. We actually were strongly considering a car at another dealership and made the decision to buy from PERKINS due to the service we received from Ramon. I contacted him with some questions by email not knowing he was off. He made sure that Bryan got me the answers even though he was not at the dealership. Being an 18 year old means I don't have much credit but he was able to get me a vehicle at the best price that he vehicle and he made it hassle free. The paperwork was easy and everything was explained in a manner where I could understand. I would definitely recommend him to my friends. No service was done before sale. The oil hadn't been changed (week after I bought it, the "change oil" light came on), the wiper fluid was empty, etc. I honestly don't think anyone even looked the car o changed (week after I bought it, the "change oil" light came on), the wiper fluid was empty, etc. I honestly don't think anyone even looked the car over because all the other used cars on the lot had the specs in the window and this van had nothing. Also, the 2 remotes that came with the van do not work. Our sales person knew this because when we went to drive the car away, he tried to unlock it and nothing happened. No offer was made to replace at least one remote. He just referred me to the parts department, telling me it was going to cost me around $150 per remote. All in all we are happy with the van, but the customer service left much to be desired and I wouldn't recommend Perkins Motors. More
