I was just going to get my oil changed. The thought about trading my car had been on my mind. Our first day at the dealership (29 June), Scott was the first salesman to greet us and gave us a test drive of a Jeep Liberty. The staff there were courteous and helpful in finding Scott for us. Normally, from other dealership the salesman would have made the commission themselves instead of contacting the original salesman. This made me respect the dealership even more of how they treat their employees because it will reflect on how they would treat their customers. Scott compared both USAA price and the dealership price and compared the differences. He was very informative and his interpersonal skills were good. He explained and answered all questions i had for him. My overall experience with Scott and Perkins Motor Company was above satisfactory. My wife and I went into the dealership expecting the usual experience. What my wife and I found was a rather good experience. We were shown a couple of different cars that met our requirements. This comment is regarding my wife and I purchasing a Dodge pickup from Perkins Motor Company. When we arrived I asked a Perkins employee (name unknown) that we were interested in looking at a late model Dodge pickup from Perkins Motor Company. When we arrived I asked a Perkins employee (name unknown) that we were interested in looking at a late model pickp that would allow us to tow a Fifth wheel trailer. I was referred to Don Sack. Mr Sack took us around and showed us some nice looking pickups. With the help of Mr Sack we decieded on a 2007 Dodge 3500 turbo disel. Mr Sack was able to answer all of our questions, and with out any pressure helped us to choose the pickup that we eventually chose at what I considered a fair price. We were then referred to Mr Jeff Lee who took care of the financing. Mr Lee was also very helpfull in assisting us to choose a service and oil changing arrangement. After we took possesion of our(new to us pickup) we were introduced to Mr John Moyle in the service department who assisted us in obtaining an electric cord that is used to warm up the engine block. All and all we are very happy with every one who worked with us in the purchase of our vehicle. More
