Very good experience. My wife and I had badly conflicting schedules to look at the van. Don was exceptionaly accomodating and treated us with respect as he manipulated his schedule to fit our needs. I went to Perkins with the intention of trading my car in for a new Jeep and had the tremendous fortune of running into Mr. Frank Claros. Frank helped me build the exact Jeep I wanted, staying late on more than one occasion, and ensured that I got the fairest price I could possibly get for everything I was looking for. Due to a series of unfortunate events, my trade in had a serious engine problem at the worst possible time; Christmas. Frank was far more patient than a lot of dealers I've worked with in the past and never once rushed or pressured me. To top ot all off, Frank rode with me to Denver (a two hour round trip) so that I could drop off the loaner with my previous dealership and ride home in my amazing 2012 Jeep Rubicon. I urge any of you who don't like being pressured or harrassed to seek Frank out. He's a very down to earth gentleman who will steer you in the direction you want to go. There are no hidden agendas or quotas pressed on you when he's involved. All of the staff at Perkins Jeep dealership were professional, technically profficient and welcoming.
