It all started with John Moyle. I brought my Dakota to Perkins for possible warranty work on December 27th, 2011. I want to say that John is amazing with his patience and calm personality. While waiting for my ride home from a friend I happen to see a Jeep Wrangler on the showroom floor. It did catch my eye. Immediately I think the guy incharge of all sales staff quickly went and got a sales consultant named Ken Holsworth. Ken was amazing as well, he was not pushy, nosey trying to find out anything personal about me early in the conversation. He listened to what we wanted, he moved as we moved and when I was talking about what I wanted his focus was giving me what I was asking for, not what he needed. Now came the dealing. I was fretting the haggling and Joshua made my fretting at ease. We spent a whole 10 minutes with a counter offer and the answer was yes. After the deal was made I even came back with wanting a better deal(more)I asked for tinting and got it with a tiny compromise. Then came Jeff, now its this point where sneaky stuff happens. Not this time not this dealer. The numbers all matched and was not forced into buying many options at signing. Now off to parts to get some bling. Dale and Ryan are also amazing. Never pushy, happy and energetic staff. They were listening to what I wanted and not trying to sell me everything in the book. By this time I have only been in the place 5 hours and already have a bond with this many people. I would not hesitate to reccomend Perkins or any of these particular people involved. I truely believe it is a team effort and everyone in this team are amazing. I can say if it were not for John this journey and purchase would not have happened. The last thing on my list was to sell my 2010 Mazda Speed3 and buy a new vehicle. Even Eric the appraiser gave me a great offer. :) Thank you everyone for my cool Jeep. Corinne More
All I can say is amazing!!! I contacted Brian via internet and phone and made the deal before arriving at the dealership. Once I got to the dealership I was treated great. I was welcomed at my car and escorted to Brian's office. I met Brian and we were very quickly able to seal the deal and get my car appraisal done. I ordered my new 2012 Ram 2500 Laramie Longhorn 4x4 and paid my down payment. I got a quote in writing for my trade and for my new purchase. I was extremely satisfied with both costs. I texted, emailed or called Brian almost daily over the next 5 weeks while awaiting delivery of my truck. He was very patient and helpful even though I was very crazy, excited and antsy to see my new truck. I came in on the scheduled delivery day and the truck unfortunately did not make it. That was when I met Devin. She gave me a tour of the dealership, showed me some other trucks on the lot at my request to keep me busy and the best part was she shared my excitement about my new truck. She didn't have to take so much of her time away to walk me around but she did and she offered ; ). From that day day I was contacted by both Devin or Brian pretty much daily until my truck came in. When the truck arrived I got a text with a picture of it on the truck and I rushed right over. Brian was off that day and Devin was phenomenal. She go my paperwork done up very fast, she got the service department and the detail guys to run my truck through with priority. She seemed as excited as me and treated me and my family with such respect and kindness. The truck needed fuel so she let me drive it to the gas station and put a few gallons in it. She made the whole buying and delivery process fun and exciting for me! Once I signed all the papers and left with my family Devin and Brian both followed up with me many times to see how me and my family were doing and how the truck was treating us. I feel like I went searching for a truck and found two friends in the process ; ). Perkins Motors will always have my business. I would never consider going anywhere else at this point. Two thumbs up to both the dealership and Brian & Devin!!!! Funny story: I'm a car nut and super loyal to my cars and treat them like extended family since they transport and protect us. I researched buying a car for about 3 weeks on-line, before choosing the Perkins dodge chrysler jeep website. I found the car and the price I wanted. I fell in love with the "2011" Dodge Nitro, the last one on the lot, or maybe even the state. I worked with Bryan Emrick and Frank Claros who got me the deal "I wanted". It was painless from the moment I began researching this car on-line, to the phone calls with Bryan and Frank, till when my husband and I and our son test drove this car, chose this car, made the offer, and it was accepted, through financing with Brett, until we rang the showroom bell, and drove it off the lot. I have had follow-up emails and calls from Frank and Jon Walter (the new car sales manger), and from parts and the service department. I feel like I am part of the Perkins family, and that the relationship did not end when we drove the car off the lot. We are in the process of getting a factory Blue-tooth added to the car, and the process is going smoothly and still painless. I look forward to bring this car in to be serviced, and when we are in the market to shop for a new truck in the future for my husband, our 1st stop will be the Perkins website and Frank Claros and Bryan Emrick. Scott was not pushy or annoying with phone calls, and was more than accommodating when I contacted him to setup my purchase of the Ram. Since purchasing the first vehicle Scott has stayed in contact with me through the years, I got a birthday card in Germany and even a Christmas card while I was in Afghanistan. The sales rep is very friendly and easy to talk to or work with. Today, December 23rd 2011, I purchased my second Dodge Ram from Scott. This is the first time in my 29 years of life that I have gone to the same dealer to purchase another vehicle. I brought my wife and my 3 year old step-son into the dealership with me to make the purchase, Scott was very friendly towards them, he even had some snacks and toys on hand in his desk for our son. We spent a couple hours during the purchase at his desk, he was attentive, took us on a tour through the service department and introduced us to the representatives we would be working with for any future needs, and just made general conversation throughout the process. Overall it was a pleasurable experience with Scott and I am all ready talking with him about getting a new vehicle for my wife through him a little later next year. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle, and say that I am satisfied with the service I've gotten from Perkins Dodge in Motor City for several years. More
Don did an amazing job helping me, so this is not about him. This is about how we purchased a "Jeep Certified" 2010 SUV and just realized that our bumper was hanging off the rear of our car. When we bought it we saw that the bumper was shaky, they said they would fix it, but clearly they did not. Took it to another dealer and found out the bumper was missing the screws that keep it attached to the car. That's awesome. Also, our certified vehicle had a broken CD player, needed an oil change (even though we were told that the oil had been recently changed) among other things. I will say, though, that the guys in the service department are extremely kind and helpful. I've spent enough time there to know. I feel like if cars are going to be out on the lot and "certified" that they actually put it through a thorough check. More

I ended up trading in my 2006 Chevy Equinox for a 2010 Honda Fit, and i absolutely love this car to this day. Just a few weeks ago, we went back to Perkins and to find us a bigger vehicle to fit 3 kids and we really didnt find anything that day but Jorge was on a look out for us for the vehicle we described to him and this past monday he called us back totest drive a Chrysler Pacifica,but we really havent fallen in love with it, so we once again started to test drive vehicles and we ended up buying a 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan. We are very satisfied with both vehicles and very satistied with Jorge Cueto and the rest of the sales team Josh Merckx. They have both help us out on both sales and i would strongly recommend buying a vehicle from them, because they DON'T just sell you a car and forget about you after you drive it off the lot, they follow up with you after you buy it to check up on how you are doing and about the vehicle that you have bought!!!
