We had been looking for a vehicle for several months. We found the vehicles of our dreams at Perkins, the overall experience was good. When a problem did arise that our salesman said was fixed. We purchased a used Chryler 300 Limited we looked around about a year. And then we went to Perkins and we found just what we wanted in a 300. Bill Ward was very helpful and made everything so easy. Bill was great to work with. Down to earth and didn't feel like he was pushing or haggling with us. We have had the vehicle for one week and ran into a few service issues. I would reccommend others to Perkins and Bill, at this time. I am curious to see if we will have ongoing issues with our new vehicle and if so, how will they be addressed. If the quality of customer service continues than I am sure to use Perkins again in the future. He also kept us informed on steps in purchasing the vehicle when we did not hear back or get any direction from the person taking care of the paperwork or filling out the agreements.
