Working with Trey Horner was a pleasure. Trey was very professional and friendly. He went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. After looking in our home WOW!!!! What a great dealership and great staff!!!!! We were looking for a 2011 Dodge Ram 2500 with very specific package. After looking in our home state of Arizona, we were unable to find what we wanted. A dealer search was conducted and Perkins had the truck we were looking for. A phone call was made to the Internet Team and we were pleased to talk to Gary Arnold. He was extremely well informed and great to work with. There was no back and forth on the price, in our conversation we had expressed what we were willing to apy over invoice and that was honored by the delaership. On Wednesday and Thursday we worked on all of the necessary paperwork through email and phone calls. We were on a plane on Friday morning to Colorado Springs. Sean McCullough picked us up at the airport and drove us to the dealership, even making a stop at a store for us. When we arrived at the dealership our truck was washed and ready to go up front. Upon walk around, it was noticed that the detail crew had not cleaned the bed of the truck after removing the bed liner...Sean and Gary were very attentive to this and Gary took the truck and cleaned it himself. Sean helped us to finish the rest of the paperwork, the walk around and delivery. What an excellent sales team!!!!! About an hour after our arrival at the delaership, we were on our way back to Arizona with directions to a great BBQ palce in Colorado Springs, yummy!!!! We have received great follow-up from Sean and the service team on our new vehicle.... When we are in the market for another vehicle Perkins will be the 1st place we call. This team is excellent!!!!!
