My husband an I came in looking for a 2x2 truck for my oldest son who was leaving to college in a week...Jorge approched us when we went looking through the parking garage and he asked how he could help u oldest son who was leaving to college in a week...Jorge approched us when we went looking through the parking garage and he asked how he could help us...we wanted to drive a truck we were at the time looking at. He got the keys and we were off..when we got back from the test drive he showed us a couple more but we liked that particular one. We expressed that we were just looking and had a few more to go look at and would be back to show him that one later today! We came back with our son and to his surprise I think. He showed us quick customer service again and gave me bottom dollar after all my questions were answered...I told him we would think about it and get back to him later or the next day. He explained he would be off the next day but would inform the team of my interest. I called back that same night and expressed that we decided and we wanted to purchase and if we could come down and get it done. Sales was closing so we had to come in in the am... If you remember, Jorge was sceduled off...he came in that mornning and on his day off and went above and beyond to make me happy as well as my son. He stayed during the whole process as well as us going to the mechanic to make sure it was a sound vehicle..he was there till 5pm with me and my son and I cant express what a wonderfuk young man he is...no pushing, no rushing, just a nice sales person and that is whay led me back to his lot.
