Frank was exceptionally helpful in our adventure to buy a car with/for our daughter. Upon arrival, he came out and offered to help, quickly finding the car we had seen on the internet, he walked us through car with/for our daughter. We then took the car for a spin and as we liked it we explained that our daughter would be the one to decide and buy the car. We left, but with reservations, because we were afraid the car would be sold by the next day. While on the road, we called Frank and he explained what we could do to keep the car. We returned and worked out the price with Frank and the next day we came back with our daughter who loved the car and bought it. Frank was helpful, cooperative and friendly throughout the experience. Perkins is very military friendly, unlike other dealerships who want to charge as much as possible because they know we get paid regularly. The warranty packages were explained in detail and we were guided through the ones we actually needed and not pressured with the waste of money ones. It was an overall excellent experience. I've been looking for a good used SUV for quite some time. I took my Neon in for service and there was the 4Runner I've been looking for. Everyone, and I mean everyone, was just great. Rich Cruz was referred to me by a coworker. My daughter was looking for a used car at a good price, but at the same time in good condition and of good quality.
