Jamie was awesome. I went in and told her I wanted a Jeep and what the situation was with my trade-in. She asked a few questions and answered all of my questions. I said yes and she made it happen. She introduced me to the nicest finance person, Jeff Lee, I have ever met who explained everything to me so I could understand it. He went over every piece of paper and did not cut corners. A short time later I was driving home in my 2011 Jeep!!!!!
