Stopped buy to drive a new Ram pick up truck, the sales men were rude and couldn't be bothered by me. A mutual friend referred us to Perkins indicating that Perkins "took care of their vehicles." We liked hearing that, so we stopped in to see Bill based upon our friend's referral. Bill was very attentive, courteous, professional, and a pleasure to speak with in general. He was very matter-of-fact about the pricing, as well as the vehicle's condition. There was no haggling, which was perfect. Bill went above and beyond regarding a second detailing of the vehicle to address fabric stains and a tear in the seat, and will provide a loaner vehicle for the day of service. So Bill's customer service was definitely beyond our expectations! Overall, the entire staff at Perkins was helpful, as we were immediately greeted upon arrival and directed to Bill. Additionally, the loan department made sure to find us the lowest interest rate and managed to do so with our current credit union, which was very appreciative. Finally, while test driving the vehicle, Bill did not accompany us. We understand "why" this is often done and do not know if this instance was intentional or not, but it was important to us. The time we had to test drive the vehicle allowed us to discuss our thoughts and options privately, without a salesperson present, which we really liked.
