I purchased a new 2025 Jeep Wrangler 4xe and on my way home I got a crack in the windshield. I contacted the dealership because I had the glass repair. Honestly If I could give them a 10 star review I would. Stacy got my car in quickly and had the windshield fixed. They also sent a shuttle to pick me up to get my car. I appreciate them not pushing services on me and being extremely friendly. If you’re looking to get a new Jeep I highly recommend. More

This is the worst dealership in the El Paso County! Their service department is the absolute worst! 3 weeks ago i took my truck in to have my brakes done. My wife had received a quote for brakes and ro Their service department is the absolute worst! 3 weeks ago i took my truck in to have my brakes done. My wife had received a quote for brakes and rotors and to replace the fuel filter of $1400.00. I think the guy who gave us the quote was Mark. He didnt put anything in the computer as to the quote he gave us. So when we took the truck in and Jo sent us a work order that was just under $4000.00. We asked about the quote and they said they had no record. We said we arent paying that and they said they could replace our brake pads with some after market brand and they dont just replace the front they have to do all of them, rotors as well. We said no and to put the truck on a lift and see if the back brakes and rotors really need to be replaced. They came backl and said they are fine and dont need to be replaced. They ended up honoring the original quote and we thought they did the work. We also have a windshield protection plan and asked to have the chip in the windshield fixed as part of the order. They never did it. Now 3 weeks later my brakes are screaming. I make an appointment to have them look at them and to have the windshield fixed. They even had to keep the truck overnight and said the windshield would be fixed the next day. Today we pick up the truck and they try to charge us $280.00 for brake squeak and an oil change. The window is still chipped. We also asked for an oil change as we have a package and they wanted to charge us for the oil change. We have had a problem with Marty, Daniel, Mark, John and Jo. These people are not safe and they do xxxxty xxxxty work! I hate this dealership! More

i have been a perkins customer since 2012. i bought and loyally serviced my first two wranglers there for over a decade. i recently bought a used jeep at. a nearby dealership. i bought it fri i bought and loyally serviced my first two wranglers there for over a decade. i recently bought a used jeep at. a nearby dealership. i bought it friday, service lights came on saturday. needless to say i as highly stressed and frustrated. i brought jeep in without an appointment. mark got me in and was professional patient with me while i was short tempered and frustrated that they didn’t have a shuttle and would need to keep it several days. that same afternoon he called and it was covered under warranty but couldn’t get it done till Tuesday. Tuesday afternoon he called to update me they didn’t repair and were taking it for a test drive to make sure light didn’t come back on. once again, i was still in a fight or fight state for some reason and was snippy and questioning and mark was again professional and patient. i will continue to be a loyal perkins customer, i went back the next week to apologize to Mark and to thank them for getting me back out on the trails. More
So, I took my Jeep Wrangler in cause the steering wheel seems to be off - the wheel turns almost 360 when making turns. When picking up the car, the rep won't give me the before and after sketches of the tire alignments (she said she had to keep that for their record); I pointed out that my receipt said it was attached. She ended up making a black and white copy of the before/after assessment. Long story short, I paid for the tire alignment which looking at the before/after assessment the change was very very minute! And my initial problem of steering wheel turning almost 360 when making a left/right turn still persists. Bottom line, I was dissappointed that they charged me $100+ to make very minor changes (at least that was the numbers say) and nothing happened to my original issue. Also, this was the first time that a service rep refused to provide their assessments automatically. When I initially told her about my steering wheel issue initially, she said "it is weird" and the mechanic will check it out. The receipt said nothing about that! Very dissatisfied; not sure if I will go back to them again. More
