A final note: after a month, I got 3 calls, days apart, from them. Bottom line? After giving me a $6,000 estimate and disabling my Jeep, they now claim that it would be “against the law” for them to ever d from them. Bottom line? Don’t bring your Jeep for repair! Our 2000 Cherokee had a warning light lit on the dash. Drove it to them, about 5 miles. Two days later, got an estimate over $6,000.
