Dealer raises and lower prices monthly in an apparent effort to show price drops and bring in customers. I contacted them twice to purchase this vehicle. This dealership does not stand behind their vehicles. I purchased a new RAM 1500 truck in April and it was in for warranty repair for 25 days. The Service Technician advised me that I would be reimburs I purchased a new RAM 1500 truck in April and it was in for warranty repair for 25 days. The Service Technician advised me that I would be reimbursed for a rental car, however they did not honor that commitment. Instead, they offered me 1/3 of my expenses. They have ignored my requests for payment and shown no accountability for selling me a truck that was defective after just 4-months of ownership. Horrible experience was there 10 minutes before my 10:30 appointment for an oil change. I waited on the lobby because I was told I few hours. I did not get out until 5:30pm when they closed.
