My sales rep, Jacob was great, however my dissatisfaction is with the service department. I have a brand new vehicle that has clear issues when driven. My vehicle was in service for 2.5 days before receiving is with the service department. I have a brand new vehicle that has clear issues when driven. My vehicle was in service for 2.5 days before receiving a call back. The service desk receptionist is quite rude. My vehicle went in to service with the same amount of miles as when it was picked up. Again, service department is disorganized and unprofessional. They tried to argue with me over giving me the wrong vehicle that clearly wasn’t mine when I picked it up. Basically, this location is like going to a circus. Cars everywhere, wait in service line forever even with an appt before someone approaches you, and then have your vehicle held hostage with no updates, only to find out they hooked a computer up to it instead of actually driving it. I falsely hoped because I bought my vehicle here less than two months ago, I’d have support in trying to get my vehicle taken care of. I’d be hesitant to recommend anyone go here, and definitely would advise not to go to the service department. More

They do not list the market mark up on their website or on any of the other sites I went in there to look at a car that I saw both on their website and on truecar Edmunds and similar sites as I doing re se on any of the other sites I went in there to look at a car that I saw both on their website and on truecar Edmunds and similar sites as I doing re search before buying I reached out on their website and got a email back that stated the price was the same as listed and went In and the guy said no the 5000 dollar market mark up was correct and that the new price other than some dodge programs were all they could discount which still totaled out to be way more than the car was listed for still by 4000 they can keep it seeing as how a used one is almost 10000 dollars cheaper with only 1k miles.
