Horrible experience was there 10 minutes before my 10:30 appointment for an oil change. I waited on the lobby because I was told I few hours. I did not get out until 5:30pm when they closed. I purchased my car here and got a service plan now that it has expired not going to take it back for service. Need to get pointers from Penske Ford in La Mesa. Great customer service with them. More
Leased me a lemon. Took 2021 Wrangler to another Jeep dealership just to be told the eco-diesel engines discontinued and no part was available to fix the car. This was after multiple visits to the service center at Perry Chrysler and breaking down on the freeway, AGAIN. I only had the Jeep a year and a half. This experience has been a complete nightmare. Turned me upside down on my car loan and left me with no car. I've left several messages for sales and service managers and no call back. Frank was the only help but he also had no idea how to fix the car. I requested to speak to a sales manager yesterday and was told based on my issue the service manager would be the point of contact. The service manager didn't sale me the lemon, the car salesman did. There has been no urgency or consideration or a call back. Each time my car was left for service I was forced to figure it out as the dealership do not provide loaner cars. I spent money on rentals and loss wages from missing work. I will be taking further steps to ensure this NEVER happens to anyone. I regret getting a car during a global pandemic, they were interested in money with poor inventory. More
