Service Department Should be Shut Down Immediately Told car would be done by 2PM, then told not until the next day. Told the same day it was done, but they were closing. Got there the next day and the service tech "didn't remember me" and told me it would be an hour for an update even though he told me the previous night everything was done. Recalls were fixed but tire pressure warning and emergency brake issue not taken care of. Deceitful, lazy, incompetent, and not worthy of the business. Service tech is unworthy of employment outside of working at McDonald's. More

F150 was in for diagnostics, they said cant find anything wrong even though at low speeds it still hesitated. took it back a second time and they said its the transmission for $3000. thank you. took it bac wrong even though at low speeds it still hesitated. took it back a second time and they said its the transmission for $3000. thank you. took it back a day later with the same symptoms, now they say its the spark plugs and want to charge me another $665.41. but thats not it. i asked for a quote and they sent me a scribbled price on letterhead with no authorized name or date. we have a nearby small business with 8 Ford trucks and will now drive to Drew ford for all repairs. best, Keith More

The car was close to 19K which was quite over price (2007), My credit was HORRIBLE! Due to my ARM upside down mortgage. My score was 490 to be exact! The car was close to 19K which was quite over priced, and I noticed that their vehicles are over prices but Valerie the financing manager went above and beyond to see that I would be financed, with 1800 down I was out of the door with a 1 year old used car. Yes, the interest rate was high (18%) but it was actually a good deal given my credit score. I would reccomend this dealership if you have credit problems, if you dont, look elsewhere for better deals. More
