About 5 years ago or more, I had a couple of bad experiences with the repair shop. However, this time around, I had a great experience with Jorge lead mechanic and Brandon in parts. The minimum service charge to simply diagnose a dash light was very high. Then, in their apparent rush to complete the job at the end of the day, they didn’t clear the code which was all that needed to light was very high. Then, in their apparent rush to complete the job at the end of the day, they didn’t clear the code which was all that needed to be done (the code persisted following replacement of the alternator and a sensor; no actual problem was reported). I had to return later to have them clear the code. The mechanic also broke the hood support by folding it incorrectly. Service manager said he would talk to his supervisor about it but did not follow up with me. I plan to never use their service again and makes me reluctant to even consider buying a car from the dealership. More
