They need to firm up their work process for when starting service. In my case I had a 9:30 appointment and when I checked in was told there were 3 cars ahead of me and service won’t start until after lunch. service. The matter was settled to my satisfaction, but if they had contacted me earlier and asked if I could bring the car in the afternoon this problem would not have arisen. A customer has an expectation service will start within a reasonable time. The work process needs to change to meet this expectation. More
