The mechanics the managers the people of the cash registers were all polite, knowledgeable, and accurate. They all took the time to explain anything that I asked them. I was there at 845 for my 9 am appointment. The service desk said it would be 2 to 3 hours, she verified by cell phone number and said I will call you as soon as it’s done. 2 hours and 15 minut The service desk said it would be 2 to 3 hours, she verified by cell phone number and said I will call you as soon as it’s done. 2 hours and 15 minutes later I came back to the service dept inside the dealership she stated my car had been ready for pickup for quite some time. I was never called !! Very poor communication and customer service.!! More
