Service was very good timely. Office was excellent. I am 1.5hours from dealership with noone nearby to help me with long repair times. Waiting area includes free bicycle loaner. Office was excellent. We have purchased cars here for years. Recently we have been very disappointed with the service department. They continually failed to keep us apprised on the status of our car, no one seemed to know what was going on with the car, what was the issue, whether the part was in, when it would be finished, and even the fact that it was finished. It seemed anyone we needed talk to was off for the day. They had our car for a week and a half and if we hadn’t continuously followed up (almost daily) they most likely they would have had it a lot longer. More
