I'm completely updating my review of this place because I think it's very important for people to understand how much this place has changed. When I first came to the area many many years ago, Perry motors w think it's very important for people to understand how much this place has changed. When I first came to the area many many years ago, Perry motors was not well managed. Every time I would try to schedule service it was a problem. When I would service my car, things would get missed and I would get frustrated. However, that time is long gone. This place over the years has become more and more efficient and increasingly well managed. Scheduling service is always easy and fast, my appointment is never missed and is always on the books, and they do a great job for a great price. They have even implemented a new video breakdown of the service appointment that lets you look at all the different things they worked on the car and see parts of the car that you never do. It was awesome. A big part of this, in my opinion as a customer, is when they made Brett Amundson service manager. He whipped that place into shape and made it run as smooth as butter. Since I met Brett, I have never had a bad experience there and I have a hunch that these two things are related! Perry motors takes the fear of not getting good service in a small mountain town and throws it out the window. Keep up the great work guys, you have a customer for life! More
