I made an appointment for a wait oil change for 3 pm. xx 3:45 they pulled my truck into the bay. At 4:45, I went to check on the progress and the truck was gone and he was working on another vehicle. I a xx 3:45 they pulled my truck into the bay. At 4:45, I went to check on the progress and the truck was gone and he was working on another vehicle. I asked the tech if he had finished. He said he had but he needed to finish the paperwork. I went to Liz and asked why I had t been notified that he was finished. She told her associate that they were going to have another talk with the tech, that he had done it again. I was there for 2 hours and nobody seemed to give a krap about my time or my concerns. Last time I will EVER visit that dealership!! Done!! More
