BUT…delivered my car 8am 9-27……i received a call early afternoon 9-27 with a repair estimate of $770.53…..i approved the estimate and requested a digital copy so i could send it to my insurance company……. afternoon 9-27 with a repair estimate of $770.53…..i approved the estimate and requested a digital copy so i could send it to my insurance company…….after several calls i finally received the digital copy on 9-29 showing $770.53……when i picked up the car later that day the invoice showed $808.03…….everybody in the service department and in the office was pleasant, efficient and thorough……my question for you is how and why did the extra $37.50 get on the final invoice? More
