they do good work, but I left vehicle at 8:15 appointment for basic maintenance service and then heard nothing. My nighttime call to Perry was miserable, having a special question answered and given 15 seconds to state it. Waited there until 11 am on a 815 apt they told me I needed to be on a waiting list. I had an appointment so why would I need a waiting list.
