When I arrived, I apparently wasn't scheduled for my appointment although I have an email to document it. Friendliness is not a feature of your colleagues. It always feels like I am intruding although I am giving you my business. When I received my keys, there was no one there to explain anything to me about my car. I noticed that they hadn't noticed a small little flap that was not adjusted. I drew attention to that, and one of the colleagues immediately took care of that. If I hadn't bought my VW from you all and have a history with you, I'd drop you. You are not a friendly bunch or particularly helpful. It was so difficult to make arrangements for the appointment in the first place. Sigh! More
All of the employees I came in contact with were helpful and friendly. The process of purchasing a car with cash was very time consuming, was hoping to be able to test drive and purchase the vehicle in less and friendly. Everything went well until I needed a shuttle back from my office to the dealership. Unknown to me and unknown apparently to my service advisor, the shuttle service ended before my car was ready for pickup my office to the dealership. Unknown to me and unknown apparently to my service advisor, the shuttle service ended before my car was ready for pickup. This left me stranded. Luckily, I was able to get a ride into the dealership. Unfortunately, when I got there to pick up my car, there was nobody at the service desk. I had to wait even though I could see my car key and paperwork on the desk. Fortunately, my work was under warranty for that day so I didn’t need to pay anything that day. It was frustrating though! More
