I had an appointment to patch my tire for a nail. I knew exactly where it was and showed them. Initial service person at the desk was great but everything else was not. A customer who was changing th I knew exactly where it was and showed them. Initial service person at the desk was great but everything else was not. A customer who was changing their oil came in and left at the same time I did. It took about an hour and 20min to complete my tire. When I finally got my car my tires were not inflated (including the one they fixed) to the 52psi that’s recommended. I was told they patched it from the inside but I believe that is a lie because if they did they would have inflated the tire to that standard. The psi wasn’t even equal to the other tire pressures. it was the lowest one. All in all it’s $20 and I don’t expect my car to be cleaned/waxed but I expect honest good work. Only reason it’s not 1 star is cause of the service desk person. More
