The adviser behind the desk refused to provide a quote, insisting that they needed to diagnose a problem by themselves and that the cost would be $189. I left the service department without getting the answer to my request despite purchasing this vehicle at the same dealership. More

Asking them to sell a car is beyond their abilities. I’ve bought a lot of cars over the last ten years and this has been the worst experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. I was a cash paying customer. Confirmed with my salesperson that I would not be financing and paying via personal check. Offered to let their team verify funds and was told that wasn’t necessary and that I could pay with a personal check. I’m so disgusted with Peruzzi Toyota that it has turned me off from the Toyota/Lexus brand entirely. I cannot believe how they treated me and the amount of time they wasted. Personally I suspect the finance manager stopped the deal since the dealership would not be making their cut on the loan. These guys are clowns. Worst part is I’m a repeat customer of theirs. More
