We drove pretty far out of our way to come see a RAV4 for my daughter, and it was very worth it. Osman was probably the best salesmen we’ve ever had, and we’ve bought a lot of cars. He was incredibly polite and easy to work with and made my daughter’s first car buying experience one that will be hard to live up to in the future. We will definitely consider Ardmore and Osman for our next car.

Brain (advisor) took care of my RAV4 in and beyond a professional manner and I really appreciate his great help. I was out of state and in the shop with a nail in the front tire. Given I didn’t have an appointment and have a young kid with me, Brain helped me out to get tire replaced very quickly. Also, a shoutout to Ray who is the tire specialist helped me to diagnose the tires and ordered a comparable one for me. I would recommend anyone who expects nothing but professional services from this Toyota dealership.

Even though my brother has 30 years in the car business and is a manager at a Toyota store only a few hours away, he always gives me his blessing buying from Conicelli. He has nothing but complements for their General Sales Manager, David Rivera. And my salesman, Paul smith always takes good care of me. In July 2025, I contacted Thompson Toyota to place an advance order for a 2026 Toyota RAV4 Limited Hybrid. I clearly explained that I would purchase the vehicle from Thompson if they honored the $500 Hero discount that was being offered at Team Toyota. The Sales Manager, Steve Tagye, responded and initially confirmed that honoring the $500 discount would not be an issue. Based on this clear agreement, I placed a deposit. After several months of waiting for the redesigned RAV4 to enter production, the dealership located a vehicle for me in February. At this point, communication broke down completely. The sales consultant, Ken, could not make even minor decisions and was forced to defer to Steve Tagye for nearly everything. In March, Steve Tagye unilaterally backed out of the previously agreed-upon $500 discount on a vehicle with a list price of approximately $49,000. Despite the clear documentation of our agreement and my repeated references to it, he refused to honor the commitment and attempted to argue that the agreement never existed. This was a blatant use of manipulative and unethical sales tactics, wasting my time and trust. I immediately requested my deposit back and decided to take my business elsewhere. Potential buyers should exercise extreme caution when dealing with Steve Tagye and Thompson Toyota.

On June 11, 2025 I purchased a 2014 Toyota RAV4 AWD XLE from Team Toyota Langhorne for $15,662 — total loan obligation $25,148.00. Within months the vehicle developed multiple major mechanical failures confirmed by the dealership's own personnel: torque converter failure, catalytic converter failure, exhaust system structural corrosion with the exhaust already separated and hanging — repair quote $4,745.02, brakes classified RED front and rear and failed within 9,734 miles of purchase, axle bracket so severely corroded it had to be cut off, fuel pump rust and EVAP system failure, fuel gauge malfunction, severe tire dry rot on aftermarket tires installed without disclosure, severe underbody and structural corrosion throughout, seat belt obstruction, and a post-repair oil leak that began February 28, 2026 and is ongoing. The vehicle is now not able to be driven. I was sold a $2,115.00 Vehicle Service Contract that did not cover the major repairs needed — and covered items were never submitted for warranty coverage by the dealership. The vehicle was in the shop in October and December 2025 — the dealership never submitted the warranty claims — dragging this out until February 2026 when the vehicle became completely inoperable. MPI videos from two service visits were confirmed recorded but never produced when requested. The vehicle has been out of service since February 17, 2026 — 56 days. Two replacement vehicles presented by the dealership were found to have mechanical concerns upon basic visual inspection. No resolution has been provided.
